Whether you have major system failure or you just want a fresh installation of your operating system, we can offer a cost effective solution.
How it works Just simply buy the 1st hours labour, charged at our market beating £25 an hour. Pack your computer or laptop in a box. We then arrange free collection* by courier on a date to suit you and from any address* of your choice. As soon as your computer arrives at our workshops, it is assessed and we then contact you with an estimation of the total price to complete the requested repairs. If repairs can be completed in one hour and no parts are needed, we will inform you that that is the case and continue with the repair. Once repairs are completed we then advise you if any additional payments need to be made, you make a payment (if any) and arrange a date and address* for the return of your computer, free of charge by courier. We handle all work with the utmost discretion. All data is treated as confidential and we can offer varying levels of security to suit you when carrying out work. All hard drive data can be destroyed without booting to varying security levels if requested. Are you unsure if your computer is worth repairing? Or need an idea of what the final bill maybe? Contact us and we'll be happy to give you a no obligation estimate or an unbiased opinion on the repair of your computer. We also offer a part exchange programme for dead/redundant computers and laptops. Please ensure all your contact details are up to date. To provide us with an alternative collection address if different than your registered address, additional contact details plus any relevant administrator passwords for your computer. Please use the comments box on the payment page. Please include in the box, any driver, recovery disks that you may have and full information of the problem/request with you computer. Alternatively you can contact us with details of the problem/request/alternative address with your order number. For security reasons, do not include any passwords in the box with your computer. When choosing a date for collection, please be aware that collections take place, Monday to Friday at any time throughout the day (8am - 6pm). Please indicate what collection date you would like by using the additional comments box at the checkout. We will email you your postage label to attach to the box. If you are unable to print your postage label please indicate below and we will send you your label. Please allow and additional 3 days for your label to reach you when choosing your collection date. For orders placed before 11am, collection can be arranged for the next day. If ordered after 11am the earliest collection would be in 2 days. (Example; Order placed at 13.00 on Monday, earliest collection would be on Wednesday). Do you live near us? We may be able to collect from you in person if we are in your area. Contact us to arrange. Due to a number of rather "suspect claims" for damage when shipping, our shipping agent will now only insure for TOTAL LOSS ONLY on used computer equipment. Please be aware of this when ordering. Damage in transit claims can only be made for TOTAL LOSS. Work carried out is covered by a 30 day RTB warranty. Any parts fitted are covered by the warranty for that product on a RTB basis with free labour. *Collection and delivery for, Scotland, Western Isles, Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles may incur additional costs.
