AP Mode: the most basic mode, enables you to build a wireless network; Client Mode: connects an AP TL-WA500G to your game consoles, setop box or other multimedia devices that with Ethernet port, and join them into your current wireless network, easily making them WiFi enabled while eliminating the need of running unsightly cables and installing drivers. Reapter: Boosts your wireless signal to the areas which previously hard to reach, greatly enlarging your wireless network coverage; Bridge: Two or more TL-WA500G can make wireless bridges when you are joining some distant hard-to-wire places, providing a convenient and cost effective way for your network deployment.

Description

The TL-WA500G 54Mbps Wireless Access Point complies with the IEEE 802.11g/b standards and adopts eXtended Range technology so that transmission range is 4 times that of traditional 11g/b solutions. With the most attentive wireless security, the TL-WA500G 54Mbps Wireless Access Point provides multiple protection measures. It can be set to turn off wireless network name (SSID) broadcast so that only stations that have the SSID can be connected. The AP provides wireless LAN 64/128/152-bit WEP encryption security, and WPA/WPA2 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK authentication and TKIP/AES encryption security. In a word, the TL-WA500G is the all-in-one choice for your wireless networking!
