Offering true Powered USB (USB PlusPower) versatility, this 2 port 12V/24V Powered USB Adaptor Card acts as the daughter board component to StarTech. com\'s 3 Port PCI 12V Powered USB Card (PCI312PUSB), expanding the number of Powered USB ports provided for a total of five Powered USB ports. Alternatively, the Adaptor card does not require a direct connection to the motherboard PCI local bus, letting you install the card as a standalone 2 port Powered USB card.

Description

Plus, this Powered USB Adaptor Card lets you connect directly from the USB header on the daughter board to the PC motherboard, adding two Powered USB ports as a standalone Powered USB card.
