SATA to eSATA cables from Cables To Go provide the newer eSATA connector (external SATA, \"I\" type) on one end and the SATA I Type A connector (\"L type) on the other. Use this cable to connect eSATA devices to SATA controllers with the Type A connector, or eSATA controllers to SATA drive enclosures with the Type A connector.
